Program description
The CARS FOR US AUTO SALES LLC SMS program includes vehicle inquiry responses, appointment scheduling and reminders, and sales-related updates for consumers who select service-related SMS. Consumers who separately select promotional SMS may receive vehicle availability updates, auto sales offers and other promotional messages about our vehicles and business.
Optional and separate consent
The inquiry form offers two independent SMS consent checkboxes, unchecked by default. You may select service-related messages, promotional messages, both, or neither. Entering a phone number alone is not SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of buying any goods or services. You may contact us or request an appointment without subscribing to SMS.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiry, appointments, selected preferences and promotional activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Ask your carrier about applicable charges.
Unsubscribe and get help
Once our SMS program is active, reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from CARS FOR US AUTO SALES LLC campaign texts. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out; no further campaign messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt in again. Reply HELP for help, call (954) 662-6286, or email [email protected]. STOP applies to both service-related and promotional messages from that sending number.
Re-enrollment
To choose or renew your SMS preferences, use the optional consent selections in the website inquiry form. A START request may direct you to that form. START alone does not authorize promotional messaging without the relevant explicit consent.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Necessary hosting and messaging providers may process information solely on our behalf to operate the program. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and delivery
Messaging depends on carrier support, provider activation and required verification. Messages may be delayed or undelivered, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is not an emergency channel. An inquiry or text message does not reserve a vehicle, confirm an appointment or form a sales agreement.
Participant responsibilities and changes
Only subscribe using a number you are authorized to use, and let us know if your number changes. The program is intended for adults. We may update or discontinue it; changes in message purposes may require fresh consent.
